In this video you will learn how to make stewed butterfish.

Ingredients:
2 Lb Butterfish.
3 Cup Of Water (For cooking + 1/2 cup to mix the corn starch)
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour.
3/4 Cup Green Seasoning.
3 To 4 TBSP Oil.
3 TBSP Tomato Paste.
1 TBSP Sweet Soy Sauce.
1 TBSP Chinese Sauce.
1 TBSP Corn Starch.
2 TSP Chicken Bouillon. ( I used the tomato flavor)
2 TSP Complete Seasoning.
2 TSP Garlic Salt.
1 TSP All-Purpose Seasoning.
1 TSP Black Pepper.
1 TSP Accent.
4 Root Scallion.
1 Small Onion.
1 Large Tomato.
1/2 Sweet Pepper.
Cilantro.
