I was just watching your pot bake video, just came across your channel and I must say you’re a great cook and a great chef, your presentation is amazing, this achar is not my favorite, since you add pimento pepper I know this is good to be very tasty and flavorful, I like using pimento pepper in my food too bad. Thanks for sharing!!

Hi, if I don’t get split peas powder in the pack, how do I prepare normal split peas for this recipe, do I cook it or leave it dry and grind it?

You have to leave it dry and grind it into a powder, or you can soak it in some water and when it’s soft enough you can blend it and add it to your mixer!
