ingredients:
marinade
3 lbs chicken
1 tbsp complete seasoning
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp green seasoning
2 tbsp chinese sauce
4 X large Cucumbers
1 medium onion Chopped
6-8 cherry tomatoes
8 cloves garlic minced
1 cup Chopped bell peppers
1 cup chopped scallions
1 cup Chopped parsley
few stalks thyme
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp mushroom seasoning
1 tsp bouillon
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp sugar ( optional)

That reminds me of Guyana’s squash and as a child I never liked squash. This cucumber looks delicious so I may give this a try since your dishes are always tasty. I made the corn pie yesterday and it was such big hit especially with the grandkids I promised them to make again soon.😋😋

You should really try this, I'm not a fan of squash either unless it's curried. Cucumbers are way more flavorful. I'm glad your grandkids enjoy the corn pie. Awesome 😊🥰
