Peel the onion, cut it into half rings and put half of it on the bottom of the container in which we will cook. Cut the meat coarsely, spread it on top of the onion. Add salt, add black pepper.
Peppers are cleaned from seeds, cut into large pieces and spread on meat. Tomatoes are cut into circles, spread on pepper.
Repeat the layers. Put the remaining onion on the tomatoes, then the meat, pepper and tomatoes again. We spread potatoes around the edges. Add garlic, red capsicum, salt and spices. Pour the beer, close the lid, bring to a boil and reduce the temperature. Simmer on low heat for 2.5 hours. 10 minutes before cooking, sprinkle with chopped herbs and cover with a lid.
