Ha! I actually did a fanfic of a Family Guy version of "The Great Mouse Detective" back in 2013, with Brian in Basil's role and Stewie as Dr. Dawson, along with Meg in Olivia Flaversham's part and Peter as her father, and Jonathan Weed as Professor Ratigan (since Ratigan presumably died in the film, too.) The queen is replaced with Mayor West, and Chris Griffin is like a humanized Toby the Dog.
