in order to help brian with his addiction, they go to a den to buy pills to help him brian with addition, there they meet dr hartman who calls his place the prescription pad and offers the pills in exchange for $500 dollars, but the quest they bring tries to rob them and a gunfight ensues causing brian to get shot but they manage to escape. at the bar neil is seen trying to sell candy to jerome in order to send jewish kids to jewish place to do jewish things.
