While I've seen enough of her videos to trust her, I've also seen videos of other channels where people were acting like they knew what they were doing and they clearly didn't. Not to mention the many youtuber scandals where the creator was straight up lying and hiding abuse behind the scenes. NO ONE is above questioning.

I'm so glad you are giving a realistic picture of the work and cost of horse ownership. And of the things that can and do go wrong sometimes and what it takes to fix them. You are right that there is so much that isn't glamorous in having a horse. Also, sometimes the people you learn the most from are not wearing the trendiest clothes, or using the newest gear, sometimes they're old cowboys who been around horses all their lives and learned from hard knocks, some of the people I learned most from were the older, mostly brown guys who cleaned the stalls at the houty touty stables, because when the stable owner and the horse owners weren't there, these guys were. They didn't know the educated terminology, but they knew horses, and often they knew people ,too. There's alot to be said for life experience. And I am not by any means knocking book learning or paid-for lessons, I learned from those as well, I'm saying don't discount the stuff that's not. If you're open to it, there are gems out there, they just might not look or sound like it. CC is definitely a real life experience and book learned gem!!!!

Gosh, Pete is acting coy again. For awhile he was really warming up to you. I think he is a beautiful boy. Namaste'

C.C., I love watching you school your horses. Stewie and Pete behaved well. It was good to Pearl walking about. I’m sure that she’ll be fine with a number of walks. See you soon😊

The relationship and friendship is more important than just using a horse for pleasure. That's what's so nice about your videos, CC...we're all growing with your beauties. Stewie is a doll. Nice spending time with them today and letting us get to know them better....thanks. Was wondering, would Pearl benefit from some chiropractic or acupuncture treatments?

Tiny was so cute running to keep up with you and Pearl when you were walking her up the drive.

I cannot imagine anyone criticizing you. I have a number of cats and I know how much work that entails - just the basic care...feeding, cleaning litter boxes, giving them affections and loving time. Having any sort of animal involves work.

Stewie was a good boy today…I hope you’re able to find an indoor arena…Sweet Pearl has found a wonderful new owner…Thank you for sharing your horses with us! They’re all beautiful and know they are well cared for!

Stewy is so cute and curious. Love him! ❤ And I am happy to see Ziggy much happier already ❤ Tiny was sure you and Pearl might get lost if she did not come after you. It is hard work to be a manager of all things. ❤

Stewie! Always happy to respond to humans. What are his plans? I can't wait to find out.

I always admire that you own horses as much for them as you, too many people want them as a toy to play with. I had a cousin who answered his girl's pleadings for horses with a yes, BUT... The but was that they learn about them from the hooves to the nose and about proper care from growing good fields to keeping up foot health and of course clean stalls, one of them is still a fine horse owner in her 70's and has the generational offspring of the first mare they got 60 years ago.

I'll take 'down home and hard working" any day!!! Much more realistic, and satisfying, to me. To each his own, I take in a few different channels , depending on what I feel like watching. But only a few that I watch everything! ❤

I had horse as a kid. I was planning on getting a couple when my husband and I retired. But watching your videos has reminded me how much work, care, and $ they require. Which I am not able to do.

Stewie is one of my favourite horses for his bravery and kind heartedness. Also very nice to see Ziggy trotting around and Pete.

Yes, my love, I can see that she is very stiff in the back. I, personnaly, am sad that she was used as a brood mare....that is very taxing on a body. I am also excited about your channel. I love your videos.....I love listening to you discuss the horses and what is going on....Thanks for sharing your life with us. Namaste'

You've won me over to the utter charm of the little brown horse, even though I still adore a palomino, since that was my first love :) I admire your patience and dedication to horses that need time to heal, it's the main reason I enjoy your videos!

😂 Tiny looking up at you like "I'M RIGHT HERE!" was cracking me up. At least she comes when called. Poor Pearl. I hope she gets more stable as she recovers fully from malnutrition.

Don’t know why anyone would give you a hard time about the horses. You do a great job and have the patience of Job.

I swear those horses are confusing about what's going on and will give Stewie the 3rd degree when he gets back. All they need is a coffee machine to gather round and gossip.

Pearl walksvey stiffly from the rear but even from the front she seems a bit wobbly😢 lets pray with your lovely feeding and care that she will get stronger❤❤❤❤l
