Basically, the Colt 1900 and the Roth-Steyr had a child. Probably my only pet peeve with it is that they chose to design an oddball cartridge for it. Yeah, it's 9x23mm, but it has the same power factor as 9mm Luger, it's not recommendable for fire other 9x23mm cartridges like 9mm Largo, 9mm Winchester, .38 Super Auto, 9mm Winchester, because they either don't fit or are too powerful. The germans during WW2 rebarreled several Steyr M1912 pistols to 9mm Luger. It's a shame that there's no interest in remaking these old pistols. Where I live, most shooting ranges only allow you to load 5 rounds in each mag. Honestly I wouldn't mind a modern repro of this pistol, with better steel and chambered for 9mm PARA. It would make a great target shooting that occupies less space in your range bag.

@@dudesqr No, dude. I'm from the other side...of the continent: Argentina. Sure, here there are some stupid and insane limitations by law, but magazine capacity ain't one of them. The 5 round limit is just a stupid rule that some gun ranges have. Only shooters that practice IPSC are allowed to fully load their mags. Here there's really no such a thing as an SBR. You can own something like an HK SP5K or Sig MPX-K "pistol", and add a proper shoulder stock later. Don't need to resort to those silly arm braces. It's only possible in pistol caliber guns. Most semiauto rifles are banned. No AR-15, no AK, no FAL, no PTR-91, but we can still own Garands, FN49, Ruger PC9, Marlin Camp, among others.

@@dudesqr It's there, in theory, to prevent or minimize accidents, in case of a semiauto pistol, rifle or shotgun fails and goes fullauto. 5 rounds only in the mag prevents a long burst. Totally pointless for revolvers and any manual repeating firearm.

@@Xerxes1688 I get it, but the probability of that is miniscule, unless that happens frequently there. I'm in California so you're lucky to be able to have some things. Besides the rifles is there a roster for "approved" firearms?
