STI Grimmspeed Radiator Shroud - Install

More engine dress up parts from Grimmspeed. In this video Im installing the radiator shroud on the Subaru STI. Works on all 2015+ WRX and STI models. Not sure if it actually helps the intake breathe better but it sure looks great!

So I am looking at getting this part as well, but read that it makes closing the hood a bit harder. Your video made it look like a snap so I am curious as to why certain people are having issues.

Its probably because of the weather strip that is attached to the hood. Honestly I recommend leaving it installed. It prevents heat soak from the engine reaching into your intake and rasing your IATs.

Red and black options last I checked. Easy parts to get powder coated if you wanted something custom too.
