Isn’t it sufficient to just swap to the K&N filter and leave the top lid alone? Or the opposite, meaning just get the filtered lid…?

You remove that filter make sure you purchase a spare engine.

@@SeanFillner I might be explaining myself wrong, i know what i want to do, i want to get as much as possible from this little engine so i can keep on playig with it and be amased. Ive had it for 2 years and I know my way around the husqvarna, did lots of mods to it including a full exhaust system. My question really, if you know the answer, is if you think i still need the fuelX having a ECU that also controls fuel injection. I know i want the ECU for the extra powerband, I dont know if its worth it having both

@@cmcravo you realize they both do the same thing although the fuel x lite is the better option since it is self tuning. You realize that right? Stacking ecu mods will certainly cause more havoc than you want to deal with.

@@SeanFillner Fuel X Is focused on refinement and not power, RPM range stays the same for example, thanks tho for the help. I will go with the powertronic and be done with it, stay safe
