What fps do you recommend using, I use adobe animate and have just started but idk what fps to use, btw great animation!

imo a good fps is in between 12-24 (12 fps is a good starter) You can get used to basic movements with a lower fps first and see what you can do in the future but you could try various other fps out of the 12-24 fps range what matters is that you are comfortable working with what you have

@@voltazer one question since u use 16-18 fps, in making a combo, how many frames do you put in between conact/hit frames? For ex: [hit](after 4 frames)[hit]. I wanna do combos that has fast hit after hit.

@@lev2223 for faster combos on 18 fps, i do 4 frames in between the hits if u do 24 fps, i suggest something like 6-8 frames in between if u want to have a fast combo style since 24 fps is already pretty fast

Hey Voltazer so I've been binging a lot of your videos and I've noticed that you have sticknodes and you can sync up a fight with music, I am wondering how you do this. Sticknodes doesn't allow you to import files that are bigger than 256KB and Some fo your videos cleary have big music files, so I am wondering how you get the music to work, and how you sync it up, like do you play the music at the same time as the animating to see what matches? then go into a editing software and compare them?

well syncing is pretty simple, i just have 2 devices (my phone and my ipad) all i do is play a song from the ipad and play the animation on my phone at the same time and make some adjustments to the animation so it syncs with the song also a fun fact: most of my synced animations were unintentional. when i was editing my intruder video with the music, the first part actually synced with the music for a bit and i liked it, so i just edited the rest of the parts that didnt sync and made it sync with the music (if i missed anything u asked me then pls tell me xd)

Okay so I’m still pretty new at animation’s and I have a question… Can you change the FPS on a certain slide? Like if I’m animating a fight and I’m using like 20 FPS and I wanted to go into a running stance and I needed to change the FPS to like 16 or something. Is there anyway you can help me?

there is a way to slow down the fps at certain point but you can only slow down the fps to like half, quarter, thirds, etc, (it can also be considered double framing, triple framing, etc) but other than that i dont think you can actually change the fps to a certain amount in a different slide or something like that

0:45 ok so example when u see a mountain in the distance, its not actually brown, its like light gray also when u look at a more saturated coloured bg, it looks more like a childs colouring work for some kind of colouring book (therefore kind of unrealistic) and when u look at the sky, its not like a fully vibrant light blue, its a less saturated light blue

Key frames are the main frames of an animation, its a guide for other frames to come in Just going for it (no key frames) is ok but u have to be really good at looking where to bring ur stick figure also thx for greeting :)

keyframes are just the main frames of an animation its kinda hard to explain on how to add keyframes but ill try my best add keyframes when ur starting an animation, if u want to get from 1 side of the camera to the other, make 2 frames that make a start to finish for ur stickfigure. then add a frame in between them and make sure the stick fig is in between the two stickfigs onion skin (the previous and the frame after) again sry if this doesnt make any sense, idk how to explain it properly so this is the best i can do
