There is a liquor distillery in St Augustine! Very good liquor with tasting and tour. I'll list more places as I think of them. Sorry your body hurt but I feel some better because I am in a different place.

You should stay in St Augustine at the Embassy Suites on the beach. There are great local restaurants on A1A especially Sunset Grille. Kookaburra Coffee is good and there is actually a Starbucks inside the hotel. Try to stick to the local places around the Embassy since traffic can get hectic sometimes. Hope you had a wonderful birthday! ❤️

Great tips! We don’t love St Augustine as much bc it is so so touristy- we like Airbnb in quiet areas - good restaurant ideas!

@@TimetoShrink I would love for you and Jay to enjoy the things that we locals do! Avoid all the crazy tourist spots and just stay on the island. Anastasia state park has the safest and best beach for locals, Friday night art walk is great in the summer - drink wine and visit all the local art galleries, catch live music at the local amphitheater (see their website), have Sunday brunch at the Casa Monica... there are loads of fantastic local restaurants (somebody mentioned Cap’s on the Water. Y’all will love it!) Lots of quiet condos where a lot of locals live full time! (Ocean Gallery is great. Stay in the Vista buildings.) If you want to avoid the touristy places, it’s easy! 🌴🌊❤️

Happy Birthday 🎂🎁🎉🎈🎊. I understand the chronic pain. Mine acts up everyday. Some days it takes all the energy I have to get out of bed. It seems to act up worse when I have a list of things to do. I need to go to a pain doctor and see if he has any ideas or give me tips to get me through the day. I have fibromyalgia plus nerve damage in my whole body. Thanks to a car accident back in 2001. I have had to learn to walk over twice. So many others things along with a TBI. I hope you feel better soon and you are in my prayers.

There is a pain rehab clinic at Mayo- it changed my life. I went from bed bound to learning to live with chronic pain- I would recommend it without hesitation- hardest thing but best thing I ever did for myself. They gave me my life back. It’s. 21 day program where you have to live nearby bc you are there 8 hours a day- PT, OT, biofeedback and more. Medication will never be enough- especially with chronic pain-

For both of you.Have you thought about Intermittent fasting (dr Berg & Dr Jason Fung) & adding Collagen powder to your daily diet (decaf coffee before bed)after just using it for two weeks I saw a decrease in my pain levels as this may help you? Food choices can reduce inflammation as there’s lots if info online as I’m premenopausal & it’s challenging. Hope this helps .

Oh my goodness! The HERO bars are my favorite. They really take away my sweet cravings. They are good in the FREEZER too. It takes you a while to eat it, so it feels like the bar is bigger and you get more. 😊
