Tip: Don't move the arms yet, Move the legs first then just come back and position the arms

para que no estes abriendo y cerrando la app para animar paso a paso lo unico que tienes que hacer es poner el video en pantalla completa desde el celular salir de KZbin sin cerrar la pestaña de KZbin volver a entrar y el video estara pausado con la miniatura le das en la X de la esquina derecha para que dejen de aparecer las opciones y solo quedara la miniatura osea las keyPositions le das capture, habres stick nodes creas un nuevo projecto donde pondras esas imagenes de fondo en la animación luego pones el mismo personaje que aparece alli le ajustas el tamaño a los sticman que aparecen en la foto y pones ese mismo personaje en cada uno de los keys añadiendo frames con ese mismo personajes y para que no te confundas no tienes que añadir 5 de esos solo uno y lo pones en cada posicion de los stic que aparecen luego de todo eso le das a la opcion de quitar imagen de fondo y la quitas en cada uno de los 5 frames ya seria de ver el video completo para ver la distancia de cada uno de los frames
