I heard you say it took forever to find the short. They make really good thermal cameras now for just a few hundred bucks. You can see exactly where the wires are warming up from high resistance. It even shows bad connectors. If you get a good one it shows a refrigerant leak since it cools down as it evaporates to the ambient.

@@StickShiftRacing yep when the wire rubs it reduces the thickness and increases resistance so temperature is higher than the rest of the wire. Lots of money to be made.

I just watched an older video from you about B18b. I currently was building my first ever motor. Did a piston and rod setup. but after watching that I’ll admit I noticed I did somethings wrong. I decided to hold off on the build lol. Gonna slowly build it on the side. In the mean time I’m getting a junkyard b20 and seeing how much it can make
