There's so much hope and optimism in the latest wave of STIFI tunes. As if there's this bright golden ray of light that shines into the deepest reaches of my soul and illuminates the darkness, purifying it. I told my partner this morning, that music is the closest thing I have to a religion, when listening to music of this quality constitutes what's left of spirituality in post-modernity. And of course, because it's a Sticky Fingers affair, you can expect the visuals to tie the ideas all together into the next chapter of a beautiful story being written with each pluck of a string, each tap of a key and each beat of the drum. Like a bite of the divine.
