Excellent tour, loved the spray spray booth and colour coated guns. And the concept of focusing on motion and improving flow. Building a ‘stop to fix problems’ culture is another great take away. Thanks for sharing. If I ever get a Ferrari, I’ll know where to send the parts!! 😅
