I think you did a GREAT job Kay! The sticky toffee will thicken as it cools, so you could have put more on there! Looks SO GOOD and the cake looked moist! Here's a tip when dealing with honey, treacle, or sticky things - LIGHTLY grease your spoon or measuring cup first, before, and it will slide off easily. XO

I know I'm a little late on the comment, but it is absolutely imperative to have a taste tester other than yourself to have an accurate opinion on the meal you've prepared. Another thing, my kids are always my favorite reactions personally. They are honest, especially when it comes to what momma's cooking as well as the best damn food critics I know. So to hell with anyone that doesn't approve, Keep Cooking Kay!! I love your videos and your son is an absolute doll who's good to his Momma so kudos to you!!

Kay, please, please, please use unsalted butter when you are baking. Margarine is ok for spreading on bread to make a sandwich but it’s so unhealthy to use in these quantities and it does not taste nice at all. Also, I’m quite sure sticky toffee pudding is supposed to have chopped dates in. Love the channel, hope these tips help ❤
