کھلے دودھ کو ابالنے کے بعد اس کی ملائ کو اکٹھا کر لیں جب ایک پیالی تک ملائ جمع ہو جائے تو اس میں ایک پیالی دہی ملا کر دو دن کے لیے رکھ دیں... اس کے بعد جوسر جگ میں ڈال کر تھوڑا سا پانی ڈالیں، مکھن اوپر جمع ہو جائے گا، ایک پیالے میں ٹھنڈا پانی لے کر اس میں مکھن دھو لیں... دنیا کا بہترین، خالص مکھن آپ گھر میں تیار کر لیں... میری بہن ہر ہفتے ہمارے لیے مکھن تیار کر تی ہے...
