The American pie films are such a perfect representation of post pop culture of the late 90s and early 2000s, life before technology replaced human interaction and communication. Good old fashioned American millennials enjoying life in their late teens and early 20s. Sean Williams Scott is the steve-o of American pie franchise without him there is no pie movies.

Yeah this movie will totally bomb if realized today. The sensibilities of the current gen has changed drastically. As a 90s kid this is still enjoyable. Absolutely hate what IG, Snapchat have done to the younger gen.

The first two films were the films of my youth. I left school here in the UK around the time number 2 came out, but was acutely aware of the shenanigans of the first movie; all of which is so, so relatable. We get old and time moves on, but your memories never fail you. Thank you American Pie.
