You just saved me from buying a new KM 94 Kombi system just to get this articulating hedge trimmer attachment for over $600. Now I can just buy the HL-145 and use the hedge trimmer head on my FS 85 straight shaft. Wonder why my Stihl dealer didn't tell me this???? I don't know the answer - but I'm going to find out today. Thank you very much.

You’re going to find out the attachment becomes very tiresome to use on the string trimmer stock length shaft, its to long , although the attachment fits, its not practical fit for any extended use time of use, the Kombi units are about foot shorter than the String Trimmer.
