Use some of the specialty plastic epoxies (West System has a good one) over a layer of fiberglass cloth tape after you have roughened the outside of the case. It will still be functional when the rest of the saw is worn out completely. If you want to add a layer with color pigment for looks you certainly can but it isn't needed structurally.

i was going to clean the starter bcause its dirty full of oil mix with dust and dont know how to dismantle it.after seeing this ill pass.
