I have owned both of these trimmers and they are both great professional trimmers. The husqvarna is more powerful than the stihl however it goes through fuel a lot faster and has a smaller tank than the stihl. I have found the husqvarna a lot easier to start as well. The husqvarna has much better anti vibration and has a more comfortable handle. I find the stihl is much easier to feather the throttle compared to the husqvarna and the trigger is much nicer on the stihl. Both great machines but I personally prefer the stihl as it has enough power for me and is comfortable to use.

I mow 30 residential yards and 3 apartment complexes and a trailer park the only weed wackers thst have held up other than replacing buttons or the weedwacker head is the redmax 3060ts. There feel more balanced than any steel or husqvarna. Taking the guards off shortens the shaft life and clutch i was even blowing out the fs 91rs after 3yrs. Ive owned 3 3060ts never had an issue after 6 yrs of heavy duty use. I can say redmax carbs gum up easily even with rec fuel. But hands down stihl blowers best on the market

I have husqvarnar 4 stroke 324R more than 15 years ago .. then fuel line broken , left in garage about 10 years , using many different trimmers .. I have bought Stihl fs94 less than 16 months ,under warranty , I change the new Star plug ,air filter ... At last go to service !?!? They charged me 185 bucks !?!? , Get back to husqvarnar .... more than 10 years in garage ... Change oil , some fuel ...1 lightly pull ! It stars straight away ...😂😇So I change New fuel line ..and working until now ... Victoria Australia...😇😂

That "plastic spungy feeling" on the Husqvarna trigger, is very nice when you've been weed eating for 10 hours. The harder everything is, the more punishment you take.

I recently purchased the Husqvarna 525rxt here in the UK. I'm not sure if you have the same or a similar model over there but it has the same engine and runs so smooth... Much lower vibrations than the Stihl equivalent and a bit quieter as well.

Hello I've been using strimmers/brush cutters for 40 years,ive used many makes McCulloch 21cc MountfieldZenoah63cc Husqvarna 45cc and Stihl 27 2 now I'm on a Stihl FS 460 46 cc I have a Stihl FS 400 40cc its semi retired but does a bit of blade work when required, I've just recently got hold of the FS 86 that I took my strimmer test with,I'm rebuilding it it might get a bit of light trimming work,keep up the good work

I’m my opinion husky is the go, much stronger in thick grass and also is built very well. It’s also lighter than the Stihl. Cons are smaller tank, flimsy throttle and not as well balanced.

I really like the husky trimmers. Have the 535 LS now. Love it but man it sucks down the gas. The 525 LST will be my next trimmer. I’ve been running echo for a couple years but the vibration on it is a lot compared to others and build quality seems kinda cheap. And echo doesn’t seem to want to stand by their product.

I went and got the only 525LST in the area yesterday

Love my LST, it kicks ass! Easily cuts small trees, thick woody brush & everything else in its path just using Rotary black twist line. True it loves the fuel.
@greenmarine55 ай бұрын
Been using both in the States for about 4 years commercially , the Stihl has way more power than the Husq. even though both are rated about the same CC engine size I can do more in less time with the Stihl. Plus you cannot beat the Stihl Warranty, 4 years compared to the Husq. warranty which is I think 6 months

The reason why the Husqvarna has such a flimsy trigger is there not really breakable you can bend the trigger almost all the way forwards

Nope the sales guy showed me because I had the same statement about there Geiger being kind of Flimsy

True statement! I have a Husqvarna 323L I bought in 2012 that still starts 2-3 pulls cold, 1 pull warm. Its had one primer bulb, 1 air filter & a spark plug since new & I trim 3 acres & two reg size lots weekly with it. I just bought a new 525LST for future because all 2 cycles are going away pretty soon & 4 cycles are too damn heavy. I'm old enough to never need another one. Peace

@@adriangaiu2908 : I have a 525lst and give it some pretty heavy duty work. I love it. I have just bought a second hand Shindaiwa line trimmer for lighter work. I like the Brand.
