Defo , set myself up for a least the next 10 years, would have been nice to have taken the family away on holiday instead. Not that I am complaining, if you build it ,they will come. Thats the idea, Now all I need is the Customers🤠 Then I can start making some money for the family. Heart breaking , spending money during a recession , The man's lost the plot.😂 Reinvest in you self , You are Amazing Thanks for your support 👍 Steve

I've got a couple of them in the lockup but they haven't been used in ages. Great tools but they are far too heavy IMO. HS86 gets used once in a blue moon to bash through the really thick stuff for hedge reductions. Have a HS45 for the 1-2 times a year I need something with a bit more grunt than the battery kit. Battery kit has all but made petrol short reach hedge cutter redundant now in my opinion.

I am not sold on the battery stuff ,Just yet, we will see. Lacks the power to get the job done fast and , time = money but ask me again in a year when I have fully tested the battery kit Thanks for commenting Always a pleasure replying to you Have a great week end Steve

I used to work for a wealthy aristocrat The Late Right Honourable Mrs Marten OBE of Crichel Estate The estate House is about 7 miles from my house near the village of Witchampton, Dorset. I worked for them for almost 20 years man and boy, I think that’s the saying we ell-evaded our self over the years to Proffered contractor status, But that was sadly short lived with the death of Mrs M and The final nail in my coffin when my Back gave up, Been gardening sense my memory’s began and for Money from the age of 14 years old. Enjoyed every minute of being a gardener despite all my moaning. Great Question, Have a great week end Steve 😅

Hi Steve great video, I’m looking to start out next year, would you say this is a good all round machine to start off with and blade size, there so many to choose from 😂

I think, I have been using Stihl Hedges cutter for 27 years so you could say I really like them. I Definitely recommend the hedge cutter in my video , It cuts larger twigs than the longer blade models. The longer blades are great for doing the tops of wide hedges and facing up larger hedges as you can imagine. You cant go to wrong with them, larger hedge cutters are heavier, smaller a little lighter, really its up to you. When I started I mostly used the customers electric cable hedge cutters 🤣 That was like 34 years ago!! My god I am old Thanks for commenting Steve

I will be Honest with you. I had a board meeting Cheese board 🤣 And in this meeting it was decided that we make our purchases earlier in the year due to upcoming Price increases I have not bought any kit in a very long time, years My mowers get to 15 to 20 years old I look after my gear very well I think my mower is 12 years old or more I can also claim depreciation on tools and it helps with the tax bill if you buy before the end of the tax year and have good accountants. Very sorry for long reply Have a good week end Thanks for commenting Steve😀
