STIHL Trimmer Rope REALLY Hard to Pull When Starting!

Why is it so hard to pull the starter rope on my STIHL:Trimmer, Chainsaw or Blowers? Four stroke four mix engines all have this same problem sooner or later. Here is your Quick DIY Fix!

I paid 89 cents for the feeler gauge at the Stihl dealer. I found out later that my Stihl FS 70R does not even have valves so now I have to go out and spend a couple hundred bucks and buy one that does so I can use my new feeler gauge.
