This is the music that My grandfather got listen during the his last breath. On 29 Sep 2014. I believe that this music might guide him to the perfection and new world. thanks for your perfection.

It would be no surprise to me if your grandfather is best friends now with Clemens and they speak together in fluent (Flemish) Dutch and sing together in fluent Latin drinking Westmalle tripel being very happy.

I only discovered these talented musicians about 2 years ago, by chance, when they performed at the main church in the town where I work & live in England. I used to sing in a choir years ago, but I never reached the standards we hear on this piece. It's so easy on the ear, everything just glides along in perfect harmony, symmetry, and musical grandeur. Music doesn't get any better than this!

This is one of my favourite KZbin clips of all time. I have shared it far and wide. Such great basses, in particular!

Ah, good! Duly noted, and pleased to be corrected; thank you! PS: I cannot get over your Tallis, Puer Natus Es recording - both the music and your singing are as nearly flawless as anything of this world could be. But then... (I know I've said this before elsewhere - it bears repeating.)

I saw this group live in Boston in June, and they are wonderful! If they are in your area, do go see them, you will not regret it!

Just came home from their concert tonight in Ann Arbor. I really enjoyed their Tallis+Byrd program. Great program, fantastic ensemble, wonderful musicianship!

Really loving this ensemble, but the KZbin recordings are terrible. Guess I have to go out and buy it... ;-)

Stile Antico are in my opinion the best a cappella choir around right now - and the best thing since Tallis Scholars. Their alto/tenor mix is divinely mellifluous, and such an unforced sound. Fantastic stuff

I wish we could find more live performances like these in South Africa. The same goes for most music performers.

Perfect. I particularly like how you understand and bring out the grammatical function of the suspension dissanances.

amazing sound. Really, these folk are best since the Tallis Scholars.

An exquisitely sensitive and feeling performance, and beautiful in sound! (Not always linked.) I shouldn't say this but can't resist: They sing Renaissance polyphony so very well, I feel it's a pity they spend so much of the rest of their time on lighter fare. There. Sorry.

I love Netherlandic music. Maybe because I'm Netherlandic. But more probably because the music is so damn good and the composers are so great and adorable. Clemens loved loads of women, loads of wine and loads of food. That's why he was called Non Papa (Not the Pope/Niet de Paus) and that's probably why he died so young. Lucky bastard. Wij zijn verzot op u Clemens! Don't you love him too?

@paulsav21 no, I'm not an expert in the afterlife - and don't care to muse on that right now.
