I think it’s less about Stydia itself and more about how Stalia broke up. The reason was a fundamentally good one (is killing in self-defense ok or not), but they definitely could have done that a bit better. I’m glad that I’m S6 they seem to be ok, though.

Isis de Oliveira Honestly How did Stalia break up because they never showed them break up as soon as season 5 started it was as if stiles was automatically single I think that since season 6 was the last season they had to just finish everything up

True , I remember him saying he had a plan to make stydia official and Scott and Allison would get back together and he was really hurt when he knew crystal wanted to leave and even be killed off for that matter so no way of making half of his plan happen and I think if they had one more season! It would have been so rushed with everyone else’s story line 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think it happened after Stiles “confessed” to Malia about Donovan before she basically told him that she already knew and it was fine with her; seeing how dismissive Malia was about the whole killing people thing? While Stiles was literally consumed by guilt? That’s just too much, that’s when he realised that Malia was not the one he needed and why he tried to tell Lydia later but couldn’t because he feared her reaction. IMHO. Anyway, I agree that they should’ve filmed the actual breakup but Stydia was always coming, building since season 1. It’s just too bad that we couldn’t see more of it in 6B.
