Idc about any stydia shippers, stalia was and will always be my fav All stalia shippers, or atleast most of them were at one point stydia shippers,including me. But noticing the fact that Lydia didn't give two shits about Stiles for half the show, and Malia loved him since the first episode.

@@ryanabate1981 Not at all. I saw nothing special with them. I felt nothing with Scott and Malia. Zero chemistry, zero feelings, just forced at the end because they couldn't let a season go by without Scott having a love interest. Scott just amused himself with her after leaving Kira in the desert to forget or to not have to think about Allison(s) (death) He never loved her or had ANY feelings for her. Then his longing for Allison kicked in and he left her even before knowing Allison is back. Stydia felt like fanservice and forced. Lydia never showed signs of liking Stiles in that way before season 6. She was drawn to Parrish in season 4 and in 5, spending extra time with him and laughing and smiling at him in a way that indicated she had feelings for him and then in s6 she is suddelny super invested in Stiles and acts like he's her everything when she always chose others before s6? Yes she had spent some time with Stiles too sometimes (like the red string scene when Lydia was at Stiles house) when he said "and if you wanted to, I would go right now to that school to proof Barrow was there" and she smiles at him, but in a 100% platonic good friendship way like "I appreciate your concern for me, but we both know I don't feel the same, but you're still a great friend to me" if she had shown signs of liking him before s6 fine or after that panic attack kiss in s3 that apparently in her words "changed everything, *that's* when everything changed (and proceeds to never act on it till season 6????) Or are you telling me it took him saving her from Eichen for her to finally catch some feelings for him?? But even then she doesn't act on them, it takes the ghostriders and him being kidnapped to finally feel for him??? The chemistry Stiles and Malia have is insane, they were just instant chemistry and then he let his dark side (nogitsune) in to save Malia. So of course that makes her feel something for him. (Though she was drawn to him even before he saved her) But after some time before and in the course of season 4, they spent more time with each other and grow to care even more about each other. Stiles just makes Malia feel safe - he keeps her grounded - Stiles is, and will always be Malias only anchor. Not Scott. Not Parrish. (wtf by the way, proofs they don't care or give a shit with whom they pair her, even if there's no chemistry and it doesn't make sense like with Scott.) Just Stiles. She instantly felt what a great person he was despite not being around people for 8 years. They enjoyed spending time with each other and studying together. They relate to each other and connect to each other a lot, they both know what's it's like to lose control and hurt the people they love because of it. He calms her down when she was about to lose control on the full moon by connecting with her "I know what that's like Malia" (his guilt with what he did as the nogitsune and her guilt for what she "did" to her family) and because he just makes her feel safe and grounded. He trusted her not to hurt him and she didn't, then she looks at him like he's everything and then they hug. Now *THAT'S* a true connection scene, not the Lydia one (kissing a person having a panic attack) in s6 when they were trying to bring him back. He felt so bad for keeping something from her (Info of her real dad to protect her or so he thought) and kept apologizing countless times through texts and voicemails. He obviously missed her when he woke up and realised Malia wasn't beside him. In s5 when she smells/feels he's feeling sad she is concerned instantly, looks at him intently with a searching look on her face and asks what's wrong. "don't mock the Vision" Stiles says (keeping everyone he loves close and not losing them) Malia: "I like the vision! Especially if i'm a part of it." Then they kiss. And then they suddenly don't talk to each other anymore and act like they don't care anymore??? They forced to make them grow apart just for the forced Stydia in s6. That whole Donovan situation was a pathatic excuse to break them up just to make room for Stydia in s6. Malia in season 3 at Eichen when he had the nogitsune problem "you might not like me if you know any more" and she answered "don't worry, I won't judge" so wtf??? Even Dylan O'brien and Malias actor were sad when they heard their characters would break up/not last. Even Dylan O'brien said Stydia would break up after a few weeks. "I want someone who makes Stiles happy and *appreciates* him" and Malia defininatly did, from the very beginning and even more later on. Lydia showed him annoyance or indifference most of the time, and only good friendship signs later on while she always got drawn to other guys (Jackson, Aiden, Parrish s4 and s5) Stiles and Malia were so pure, soft, wholesome, chaotic, adorable and funny together... and a very wronged but beautiful couple that deserved a happy ending together. They had the most/best chemistry out of all TW couples and I will always miss them, hence the long text and explanation.
