Congratulation! Your cookbook is wonderful. I am happy that I opted for the spiral bound version. This recipe is easy enough that I now have a reputation for great Chili Rellenos............. We are making 18 of them this afternoon. We freeze them and enjoy them anytime. Freezing does not seem to diminish their taste. This works really well for us.

I went college in a little town in west Texas years ago and the Mexican restaurant there that was run by on family and all the ladies took turns cooking a waiting .
