Ive beeen saying the same thing...! Im sure there is a little bit of work done in the background due to the nature of the song itself. But the singing is 100% authentic. I swear people just want to be mad about something on the interwebs:/

would playback not refer to them using a live recording that sounded good? instead of playback meaning playing back the studio version

Playback might be plausible seeing as there's so many movements on the stage that will cause audio disruptions and the singers are wearing cheek mic which is not always the best to capture vocals however it's nothing bad! It's purely because of technical reasons. We've seen the original singers releasing teasers of them singing it live earlier this year and they sound so good!
