When something needs a new direction, I just begin working towards it at that time. I think we need to just more inward than outward. I find that almost magically what I need comes to my awareness. I sometimes take those sad feelings to my art journal pages when I need to set them down somewhere for safe keeping, and then... another little part of me often comes alongside and we find a gentle creative outlet for the hard-to-be-with-discomfort. HI Deborah, So glad you enjoyed this one... and omg... thanks for asking about the large painting... I did share a bit of that one's progress in a video a few ago... and now, it's at a 'waiting for Denise to get back to me' phase... ugh... I tend to put off returning to large pieces until I feel QUITE TOPPED UP with energy to go for it! I want to make a bunch of edits to it as it's not 'singing to me yet' ... in fact... it seems to be wanting to play a whole new song!... and it was great to do that 'speeding fine one' as a reminder that COLOUR IS FUN TOO... sometimes... it's like the very virgo part of me over rides things and wants an elegant colour scheme with black and white ... which is also fine... until it's not. ha! thanks for your encouragement , Denise x
