Just clicked on this video immediately when it came as a notification. I bought these in January based on your recommendation although it wasn't available in India. I paid custom duties as well. Boy am I glad! I loved that you still love it. I got the cream color and thought it would get dirty easily but it has held up pretty well. With the right seal, the sound has been fabulous! The bass boost mode from the app made it sound even better. The only grouse I have though is that when taking calls in public, I need to speak loudly. Otherwise it doesn't pick up my voice. Still, I can live with it. Thank you for recommending these Gamesky! Love your short and crisp reviews. Keep 'em coming! Love from India! ❤️

Puneeth Bhushan hey! Just wondering if I can ask something since I can’t seem to find any answers. Would you say the app fires enough to give a good strong bass? I’m inbetween these and the sabbat E12 Ultras and while I love all the features on these I’m just worried because I think I’ll be wanting a strong bass.
@Puneeth.Bhushan4 жыл бұрын
@@faithhoff2674 if you're looking for ultra heavy bass, then I would suggest you don't buy the Tevi. The bass is good and tight and even with bass boost, it might still not be good for a bass head. I generally listen to flute music with percussion instruments in the background and these give enough bass from the percussions to make me feel them. It is definitely not the sound for a bass head. It's well balanced, IMO

I bought these a few months ago - just as an example of truly wireless buds fit peoples’ ears differently, I have probably 15 various sets of TWS earbuds - I know my way around this ecosystem. You name it, I’ve probably tried and/or returned just about every model ever made. For whatever reason, I could get these to fit me at all. At. All. I had to return them, which is rare for me. At the moment, I believe the Soundpeats TrueFree 2 are my faves. They sound unbelievable. Better than my 75t, my 65T, my multiple JLabs, multiple Ebacfire, many SoundCore, multiple Soundpeats on and on and on. The TrueFree2 just have amazing sound.

I had the Tevis for a few months and they are amazing for the price. You can just change leather strap to a better strap so that you can carry it easier because the case is a bit bulky to place it into any pockets. Unfortunately my unit came with a very squeky lid when you open and close it, I had to lube the hinge to make it smooth. The mic quality is mediocre and will do the job, its fine for most people. The buttons are quite mushy in my opinion, they could have just used a better mechanic or just use touch controls but this is their first try on the truly wireless market so its fine. The eartips they have are ok but I recommend buying Comply foam tips TrueGripPro or the Spinfit Cp360 which better complements the Tevis. It doesn't have Anc but thats what you get with the price. The sound quality is amazing, its has a neutral sound signature, I'm a bit of an audiophile nerd and its perfect for long hour listening with the right eartips. Some people say its missing bass but I disagree, it has a tight bass that it doesn't overpower anything. I dont recommend them for working out because they dont have any hooks or any fins to stay in the ear and the surface of the earphones are matte so sweat will cause them to slip off. The Equilizer app is a hit and miss in my opinion, you can customise the sound and change the button controls on the tevis but the app still takes a while to load and doesn't properly display the battery percentage, I think you are not missing much without the app. The battery life is about 7 to 8 hours on a single charge, granted I do listen to it more than 50 percent most of the time, but the 60 hours on the case checks out, you can charge it 6 times with the case. It is surprisingly durable, I wore them in the shower at times and I even dropped it a few times, they still work fine and had no problems. I bought them when they have a decent discount, but better hurry up they always sold out when they have are on sale.

I love these earbuds. I use them over my aukey t10 and airpod pro as my daily driver. Sound and detail is just great. Waterproofing is nice but I'm still pretty careful with them as you never know when the glue might get loose. Still take them into the shower on occasions tho. Honestly don't really care for wireless charging especially since it would probably cost an extra $20 or $30 at least for that feature. You only charge like once a week anyways and it's USB-C so a cable is always at hand. Would rather pay more for transparent mode if I had to choose. ANC isn't really that important. App is nice but needs to get out of beta. 50 cm connectivity range for the app is pretty dumb and upgrading the buds is annoying especially if you use iOS.

Was looking for this... I’m on the market for some buds and doubting if I should take tevis or AirPods Pro. Could you tell me why you prefer tevis over AirPods? ^^
@-13eNnY-3 жыл бұрын
@@_Simbaaa_ I prefer the sound of the Tevis over the Airpod Pros but the Tevis are not as durable. The Tevis have a slightly but noticeably cleaner sound imo than the Airpods Pro which makes everything just sound really nice. This applies to games, videos, and music though I mainly just listen to pop. Airpods Pro can sometimes come across as a little flat. Bass is more pronounced in the Airpods Pro. The Tevi has more of a snappy base like a snare drum or something. The magnets in the Tevi case are too strong for the glue or the glue is too weak. After a few months of near daily use, the glue will start to fall apart and the internals will be exposed making them no longer water resistant or water proof. I still use them a lot but only for indoor media consumption or in the car. You will have to try the Airpod Pro yourself as different people find the fit to be different. They're a little loose in my ears and the active noise cancelling makes me feel like I'm on an airplane and can actually sometimes make my ears hurt. Maybe my ears are just sensitive to the pressure. The Airpod Pro does not have the same glue issue since they have a stem design. Pulling them out of the case does not pull against the glue which results in a lot less wear and tear. The case does get kinda dirty after a while. Apple is absolutely no help with customer service. My right bud started having a clicking noise a few months in which was a pretty common problem according to Google. Had to buy brand new ones because they said it was "fine." The Tevis can sometimes be too loud. Wish there was a little more gradualness in volume control. The Tevis also occasionally disconnect for no reason although this only happened once I switched over to an Android phone(OnePlus 7t Pro to be specific). No issues on my previous iPhone. Active noise cancelling is never really needed with the Tevi. The passive noise cancelling is pretty good especially when you start playing something. Transparency mode on Airpods Pro is nice although I tend to just take one out anyway to pause the music. Much easier to take Airpod Pros out as they slip out if your ears pretty easily. Also don't have to press a button to pause but not a big deal. Loose fit also makes them more prone to falling to the ground. Airpod Pros case is much slimmer than Tevi. Fine if you have a jacket pocket but the Tevi basically takes an entire jean pocket. Maybe slip a key and some coins in there as well but no room for something like a wallet or phone. The long battery life of Tevis make them ideal for use at home or just whenever. Not quite the 10 hours usually as advertised but you can get a solid 7-9 hours of usage. 6-8 hours after about a year. Airpods Pro lasts for like 3.5 hours. Airpods Pro is better for social gatherings as the passive noise cancelling isn't that strong and there is a transparency mode to take that even further. Difficult to hear what people are saying with the Tevi in your ears so you either wear one or just listen to your stuff after the conversation. Sorry for the really long post but I wanted to give you all of my thoughts after about a year of use on both of them.

@-13eNnY-3 жыл бұрын
@@_Simbaaa_ Cheers. Hopefully, the Airpod Pro fits you better than it does for me. Should test out ANC ASAP to see if it bothers you too much. Glad you find my review helpful. Honestly, I think the Tevi glue problem was probably my fault. I brought them a lot into the shower over the first few months. The heat and steam might've weakened the glue over time. I bought the Levi(Soundfree S20) and I will not be bringing those into the shower lol. If the glue holds up, it was probably my fault. Don't really see other people saying they had a similar glue issue online. The Levi is surprisingly cheaper even though there are noticeable improvements. The Levi sounds a lot more similar to my Airpod Pro except it's cleaner and the bass is tighter. The transparency mode is noticeably more electronic sounding than the Airpod Pro but it works well enough. Case is much more pocketable than the Tevi and the earbud design is much nicer and even more comfortable. I can wear all three for hours on end with no issues regardless but the Levi fits the best out of any I've used(have also tried the Aukey t10). Case material is fine but I do miss the fabric casing of the Tevi. It's really nice to not touch a cold, hard plastic surface during the winter. I really like that Lypertek lets you control everything with their earbuds. Apple is annoying by limiting your control options. Doesn't bother me too much if my phone is nearby but it could get annoying sometimes back when I actually worked out in a gym lol. Should see if it bothers you too much. Apple is nice by letting you engrave the case. I had a snake emoji engraved because I go to NYU and sternies are sometimes called snakes. You can have a lot of stuff engraved though. Idk if they let you with a replacement case as I was not able to. That's why I bought a new pair and gave the old pair, with the clicking sound, to my brother. Don't suggest doing that but I really liked the engraving personalization. I'd also like to mention that Lypertek's warranty on their products is much better than Apple's which is sad because Apple is a trillion dollar company. Apple will do basically anything they can to not give you a replacement and rarely ever help fix your problem, without paying their oftentimes outrageous repair fees. The Genius bar is not given adequate knowledge or parts to fix devices and the "Geniuses" run the most basic of scans/inspections which results in them often saying that nothing is wrong when something clearly is wrong. Might also be some lying too to avoid fixing. It's not like you can fact check them nor will they own up to it if you do. Don't know about other people but I'm not driving or making a call to Apple to ask them how they've been. They're extremely helpful when you're offering money to them. Make of that what you will.

These really do sound amazing for TWS, across the board (for me) they come out on top. couple things to note: The fit is a little whack they tend to stick out like Shrek ears, maybe the angle of the ear nozzle is not sharp enough (could be my weird tiny ears tho). personally I'd prefer they were bigger and had an ear fin or even a hear-hook for more confidence they will stay in (I don't like jamming them deep (^ tiny ears)). But the main issue I have is the DING!!! they make when you use the buttons is so loud and grating I don't even use the buttons which is a real issue, Lypertek YOU 👏NEED 👏TO 👏FIX 👏THIS 👏NOW! I'm hoping the app will offer an option to change the sound, volume or even disable it completely when and if the app becomes available in my country. I struggle to chose between these, the cambridge melomania 1 and the klipsch t5. All are 99 euros where I live. I mostly care about sound quality and how well it fits.
@samsonstevens71814 жыл бұрын
Ive tried the klipsch, and returned them immediately. Fit was absolutely awful, they did not stay in, i tried every tip. Please save some trouble and dont get the klipsch. I heard the melomania ones had some fit issues too.

@@samsonstevens7181 thanks, I ended up getting the melomanias in the end. They are pretty decent, but yeah they don't stay on very well for me when I exercise for example.

In truth, I am using this Earbuds now, I bought these because Gamesky recommended them on his Top ten True Wireless Earbuds, outside of Apple made Wireless Earbuds I had no idea, what Earbuds were good, what were mediocre, and what were just plain awful, this was the best tech purchase I have made in years, since these are Earbuds that I only use when using my Desktop Computer, I can go Three to Four Days with just putting the Earbuds in the case and I have no issues with them losing juice. I will say I didn't like how my Voice sounds when I test my Voice on a Skype call, but with that stated, no one on the other end, had issues hearing me. These Earbuds work really well when streaming Music on Tidal, I like a lot of balance in music, I don''t enjoy playing with settings, I feel that if one has to do that with Earbuds, they are not quality Earbuds, if I ever need new Earbuds I will always refer to Gamesky.

Yesterday you did a review on the Dyplay anc buds and talked about the silicone tips not working well but the foam tips made a big difference. My question here is can the Lypertek be worn with foam tips?🤔 I should have watched a little more of the video and my question is answered sorry about that 😬 Thanks.
