Hi Rob, sorry if this a stupid question, (would rather ask a stupid quest than make a stupid mistake) but are the ruby burrs the same kind of thing as diamond burrs? Love the channel buddy👍🏼

Is there a special compressor for that air hand piece? Or a special connector? I have an airbrush compressor with a 1 1/2 or 2 gallon air tank. It has a good regulator on it. I like it over the ones without a tank because of the even air flow it puts out. Would it work for that tool?

I do not know what the cfm is for the scm it runs great at 30 psi it will not run On my air brush compressor you may what to look up scm for the cfm

Can you use the sks micro motor do same as scm??????
@justcarverob93894 жыл бұрын
Well Lawrence i am not familiar with the sks. So idk the scm spins at 400,000 rpms. I have tried the 1.6 burrs in my dremel with limited success and it pons at 30,000 rpm big difference lol the micro motor spins at 46,000 an i use some very small burr with that works ok .but they don't even compare to the scm for detail work scm and high speed tools are in a class of there own

I love all the stuff you carve, but my favorite is your relief carving projects, canes and gun stocks etc. It adds so much character and beauty and creates a work of art.
