I recently got my original JUC in yellow gold, and I love it! Crazy story...I was so close to purchasing my JUC in Tokyo last week, but didn't buy it because I remember your JUC repair story. The hinge on that bracelet was soooo loose! AND they didn't have other JUCs in my size for me to compare. Ultimately, I didn't want to risk losing the bracelet. So, I waited till I got back to California and found that the hinges here were very tight! Even though I'd be saving some money abroad, I listened to my gut and decided to walk away. Thank you so much for sharing your JUC story and making that video. You saved me from the stress and saved me from potentially losing the piece I've worked so hard for. I own the SM too but it not sitting in place as it used to be (if you know what I mean) it is like loose , Is it normal , should I take it back to Cartier store or should I just opt for the thick virgin but look like there is this hinge problem too!

I wear my regular size JUC (with the diamonds) 24/7. It's more comfortable to me bc it's rounded, not like the sharp edges on the Love or my RG Hermès CDC. All my other gold bracelets are plain, that's why I opted for a little bling 😍

Hi May I ask you as I’m considering getting a JUC to wear daily with my regular and small live bracelets do you think the small would go out of shape if worn under a tight sweatband over my others to exercise as I do bodycombat daily like you. Not sure whether either is a great investment for my lifestyle but I’d live to add to my Cartier stack. What’s your opinion.

hi sarah, sorry for the EXTREMELY late reply. Not sure why YT didn't put this comment in my notification. To your question, my JUC never got out of shape. Mine is the regular version and it's thicker - so no issue with the band. The thinner version is 'bendy-er" - if you're going to wear a tight band, I'd suggest adjusting the JUC on your wrist at an 'angle' under the band, so that it can rest against your skin and minimise the movement + pressure. not sure it that makes sense? lol

Thankyou. I bought a regular in the end. It has just been returned from repair though. I purchased the newer version from the flagship store London bond street. After just a few wears it was coming undone. It’s not the hinge it’s the opening at the top. I collected back from Cartier yesterday so waiting to see if it’s anymore secure. I do combat 5 times a week and def need to keep removal to a minimum so intending to cover it with a sweatband along with my other Cartier bangles and VCA. Love the bracelet so hoping this doesn’t let me down xxx
