Funny enough, I think this is actually one of my favorite episodes. The jokes and the humor are on point, and it also demonstrates that although Ren and Stimpy have a VERY dysfunctional friendship, they still care a lot for and about one another at the end of the day.

This early episode was outsourced to Fil-Cartoons by Spumco, and Fil-Cartoons did a horrible job animating half the first season. They were full of errors and misconnuncated mistakes and always misinterpreted the storyboards they were given. Spumco dropped them after only a handful of episodes. Thankfully some of the BEST episodes were then animated by Carbunkle and Rough Draft Korea.

It doesn't disappear, nor is it an animation error. His nose is blue and drawn without an outline, so when the dark blue filter on the window goes over it, it makes it blend in with his face. If you look very closely, though, you can still make it and the lighter-blue shiny spot out.

The biggest problem you’d have being on the Ren & Stimpy crew would be dealing with management issues and John K.’s abusive attitude towards his crew (among other people). I’m not trying to be a wet blanket towards your aspirations, but I think it’s important to understand the realities of what happened behind the curtain with shows like this.
