Try learning how to read fast and summarize what you read after each page. It helped me a ton after a muay thai concussion. Takes a lot of focus and comprehension. Also I kept playing shooter games like battlefield 1 and battlefront II but not for fun anymore, instead used it to practice reaction time and quick thinking decisions. I also took cbd. Check out the joe rogan podcast with matthew Walker and the other one with paul stammets. Muay Thai doesnt take as much head damage as boxing but i hope this helps you get better!

Thanks to the neuro-team of UZ Antwerp, our daughter survived an SAB in 2010 with 8 months of coma, she was just 33 and was admitted to CHU-Liège. In 2013 we had the honor of meeting you in person several times. You gave us hope and the strength to believe and holding on. The hope that there was still enough brain activity, and that she had a 'chance' to live. I still hear your question.." do you want her to walk or talk.." our answer to this was "both!" The stimulant medication 'Amantadine' nearly killed her in November 2014, causing a heavy status E, of 1 ½ h, and she quickly deteriorated again. Now 8/1/2022 she is still with us. Can't talk, walk, or eat. (PEG probe). But after all these years we can still enjoy her smile, she's caressing our face with the right hand, just the right arm is moving. Sitting up in a wheelchair. Responding to our questions by raising her right thumb if it's okay, or by making the sound "aaa= jaaa".But as you explain here in this video .. She clearly indicates pain! No one believed she would survive, rehabilitation was minimal, everybody said she does not feel PAIN. Her pain caused that the director of the nursing home broke her contract 6-1-2020 , just before the Covid Pandemic. This caused more emotional damage to her brain. She survived twice Covid infection in August 2020 and now December 2021. After 11 years of grief we still ask ourselves the question ....was it worth all this -keeping her alive- fighting for her life ever since ??? Also in Belgium there are still few or no acceptable care centers for victims with acquired brain damage, resulting in high care needs and also lack of the necessary medical care.😭😭 Hopefully it will change in the future, because that is urgently needed given the high number victims with brain damage from sports... drugs... accidents the care they need. The life we🙏 prayed for.
