Almost 70 and he's still got it. I've seen him with The Police back in the early 80's and I seen Sting on his own shortly after. What an awesome entertainer. He's a couple years older than me, but he's held up better than I have. Physical labor will do that to a body. The song "Synchronicity II" has a lot of meaning to me. I know how the father in the song feels. Retired and somewhat wore out now, but music from my past idols really helps ease the pain.

Much respect for sting, I came to know sting just few months after watching from KZbin and realize that he existed way back before I was even born but after listening to his song he became my number one Star and I love his music. In an interview, Sting talked about “Shape of My Heart” (1993) : “I wanted to write about a card player, a gambler who gambles not to win but to try and figure out something; to figure out some kind of mystical logic in luck, or chance; some kind of scientific, almost religious law. So this guy’s a philosopher, he’s not playing for respect and he’s not playing for money, he’s just trying to figure out the law - there has to be some logic to it. He’s a poker player so it’s not easy for him to express his emotions, in fact he doesn’t express anything, he has a mask, and it’s just one mask and it never changes.” A POKER FACE… This is one of the rare pieces that is co-authored by Sting’s longtime guitarist Dominic Miller. In “Lyrics By Sting” (2007), the musician remembered Miller bringing him the “beautiful guitar riff” and going for a walk along the riverbank and through the woods to figure out the lyrics. “When I got back, the whole song was written in my head. Dominic now thinks that I find lyrics under a rock somewhere… He could, of course, be right.” Renowned harmonicist Larry Adler performed on this lay. Before collaborating with popular artists such as Sting, Elton John and Kate Bush, Adler worked with composers George Gershwin, Ralph Vaughan Williams and Darius Milhaud. “Shape of My Heart” was edited into the end of director Luc Besson’s 1994 movie “Léon : The Professional.” ONE SPLENDID OUTRO❕ THE PERFECT MUSICAL AND LYRICAL STORM‼️ 💚🎼💙
