Ow i love this herb. In Indonesia we called it walangi or walangsangit also Tang O (Culantro). Usually we chop it & put on top of the clear soup. The aroma just wonderful. Thx for sharing another option cooking it.

The herb he used in this recipe is commonly known as Thai coriander in KL. Not sure which part of Aust you are in. I often see it in Springvale Vietnamese market here in Melbourne.
