Ow i love this herb. In Indonesia we called it walangi or walangsangit also Tang O (Culantro). Usually we chop it & put on top of the clear soup. The aroma just wonderful. Thx for sharing another option cooking it.

刺芹可以自己种 ，客家咸茶的汤料有刺芹的，小时候吃白斩鸡会用刺芹，辣椒，蒜米，酱油做佐料蘸酱。

其實拿雞sap 了然後它的湯可以拿來煮菜乾湯， abc 湯 。。不會浪費 。如果拿來蒸 雞汁可以 拿來煮雞飯 。。。

The herb he used in this recipe is commonly known as Thai coriander in KL. Not sure which part of Aust you are in. I often see it in Springvale Vietnamese market here in Melbourne.
