Indian people make this same dish and call it fried cabbage with fried roti. They sometimes add tomatoes to the cabbage. The only difference is you call it fried bake!!

That's too. Too. Too much pepper for me. I love cabbage but never that pepper. Saltfish and cabbage. Never use cabbage with saltfish. Interesting

Peel and wash the garlic .... dry garlic using any cloth or tissue paper... while grinding don’t add any water to grind... instead add some cooking oil and salt to grind... it ll last for 2 to 3 months... hope it helps
