Hi Ria. Love you, love your voice, love your step by step instructions and love all the dishes you make me hungry and longing to eat. Thanks for showing the world our variety of different dishes and how to prep them. I no longer have to wait until I go home to enjoy them, thanks to you. Keep doing your videos so I can keep recommend them to friends who love Trini food. God bless you and your family. Suggestion, could you do a video on sewine and parasad? ( not sure how to spell it) it's been years since I've had them, and I have forgotten how to make it. Big Thanks.

Those pumpkins look just like the ones we get in India. Have seen only pie pumpkins at my grocery store which do not taste the same. Was overjoyed watching those huge pumpkins. What are those varieties called at your place? You have a huge freezer too. You are soooo lucky to have such a beautiful garden. Stay safe & healthy my dear Ria.

Thanks Bumbi. I believe it’s calabaza. On a sad note, our beautiful birdie (that we talked about) died yesterday of old age. What’s strange is that her name is Pumpkin. We are so terribly heartbroken!! 😢😢
