As per 8101 condition, you must not engage in work in Australia. Most of the Agents are doing this illegally to get you here in Australia and then get you a job. I won’t support this but it’s your wish if you are that desperate to come to Australia by spending whatever money your agent is charging 🙂

Finding an employer in a short period of time is hard bro. Do all the prep work you can like profile, cover letter, LinkedIn profile etc so that you can utilize your period here. Not sure what's the possibility but these are few things you can try no matter where you are

Hi bro, I’ doing well now thanks! Regarding applying jobs, you cannot expect an employer immediately sending you an offer letter bro. I have explained this in my last video too, they have so many things to consider before sponsoring. So it’s not that easy thing. So keep applying. Unfortunately, no one can give you the current/updated list of employers who are sponsoring. No one has that access, you need to do some ground work on websites like seek to find that out and note them down. While doing so, don’t wait for it. If you are eligible for 482 visa, you should be eligible for other permanent residency visas too. Try to meet the requirements and apply for it. Who know within a year you might get it while you keep applying and looking for visa sponsored jobs

Hey bro, that’s absolutely true! You need to submit commitment declaration, settlement fund and a letter for why have you selected ACT for migrating. Yeah I can do a video in detail 👍🏻 Canberra is great for IT(here they say ICT) professionals but only gripe is you need to have citizenship as more opportunities lies on the government departments. You do have opportunities from private and state government clients though, but majority clients are federal departments. You can expect high pay compared to other states 👍🏻

Sorry bro, I am not much aware about EB3 visa. So I cannot guide you more on that. As far as I heard, it’s a United States visa I don’t think Australia has it. Australia has E3 visa that too for people come from US. So better check it out and process carefully

If the decision-maker suspects that the applicant has other intentions, such as staying( or overstaying) in Australia for work or to live permanently, they may refuse the visa application under Clause 600.211. To avoid, 1) Provide strong evidence of ties to your home country 2) Be honest and transparent: Provide accurate and complete information in your visa application. If the decision-maker finds any discrepancy or inconsistency, they may suspect that you are not a genuine visitor. 3) Show that you have a travel plan: Provide a detailed itinerary of your trip, including accommodation, transportation, and activities. This evidence shows that you have a clear intention of visiting Australia for tourism purposes. 4) Have sufficient funds: Show that you have enough funds to cover your expenses during the visit. This evidence shows that you are not planning to work in Australia illegally.

Sorry bro, I cannot affirm such things not being a professional migration agent and I should not! One thing I can confirm though, you cannot "convert" visitor visa to work permit. I have discussed that in this video if you watch till end.
