Hi, That differs with different insurance companies. Prices are different for a single student and if you have a dependent, you may need to pay a little more. I would advise you to browse through different providers(Allianz care, CBHS, Medibank, AHM, Bupa, etc) and see which is best and affordable for you, because it always changes. Better compare and go with the one that suits you.

Not sure what's your relationship with them, since you mentioned relatives. They can sponsor your visa based on that. Otherwise I don't know what visa you can get for yourself other than a tourist visa which you can apply for and come here for a short term but you cannot work. It's not suggested and illegal too. Hi Elsngo, I could see that you used the points calculator to calculate your points and it's 70, so I would assume you applied score of 6 for IELTS. That's completely fine as you are able to get points above 65 which is required to apply for any visa. Now, with 70 points you can't expect 189 visa, there will be people applying with even more points, so wise decision would be 191 or 491 visa for maximum chances. And you can bring your dependents in any of these PR visas.

Hi Rekha, it depends on which PR visa you are applying for. If it's 189 probably it may take longer than expected due to competition. 190 & 491 are viable options and you can expect in 11-12 months from applying your PR

All the best Rekha, As Anandhan suggested, you have more probability for 491 followed by 190 (50 % application gets processed by 11 months and 90 % application , it is 12 months based on present trend) and later 189 (This takes more time). i am not sure who is the primary applicant, Since you completed NAATI - I assume you are primary. my suggestion would be your husband can take PTE which will contribute another 5 points, and it is always better to bring to a max score.

What I would suggest you though, get in touch with Tamil communities in NSW region. Use Facebook groups, join those groups and post your message that you will be coming in July and looking for accommodations. I am sure someone will respond because that's how people use those groups effectively and get to know people or at least get some network here in Australia. All the very best 👍

Hi bro, thanks for watching! Regarding to your questions, 1) ACS will look at your work experience along with your studies. If it is not in same background, they may ask you to do a project kind of. I am not 100% sure about that. You can get more information on their official websites. 2) You don't need to show proof of funds for PR visa applications in general. If it's granted, you can travel. It's not like a tourist visa or student visa

Hi Santhosh, for your 1st question. 1. Normally for Indian PR applications, from the total IT experience ACS will surely reduce 2 years, as they consider it as probation period. 2. Next If your educational degree is completely deviating from your profession, They will ask for project document explaining the work you did in a project (have EEE/Mech degree and working in IT). 3. If your degree is slightly in sync with the occupation like (ECE), they will reduce few more years from total experience and there will be no need of any project details.

For your 2nd question, For 190 - we need to show some settlement funds and amount will be State specific. It will be basically based on Primary + no of dependants. This step will come when you are paying your nomination fee once you get nominated.

Regarding your question, yes of course you can study in Australia and when you finish your course you will get a Post Graduate visa which is something the government offers for students to stay longer post their studies to look for jobs and settle in Australia. Adding to Bro's comments, The amount you will be paying for AUS Government will be only for SKILL ASSESSMENT (like ACS if you are in IT), Fee for processing your nomination (based on state) and finally VISA Fee if your nomination gets selected (Fee structure will be based on the IMMI website).

Hi Preethi, Since your partner moved through Employer Sponsored visa from his employer, they can raise your dependant visa. It's very easy for them. You don't need to raise on your own separately. So I would recommend your partner checking with his employer first on this.
