Driving in Norway: Sotra - Øygarden

Øygarden is so beautiful. Really worth a visit if you're in Bergen. Lots of attractions, too - hiking destinations, a diner, up to several museums including a World War II museum, and kayak rentals (IIRC) and fishing trips. And of course the lovely rugged coastal nature. A hike up mount Liatårnet gives you a spectacular view of the ocean and much of the municipality.

The E39 has a lot to offer for sure, its a great way to explore the west coast of Norway. I'm glad to hear that you enjoy our country and my videos!

Fantastic. A map of where would be helpful. I'm pining for the fjords, was born there, left age 10 haven't been back 49 years

You're absolutely right. I have thought about including a map, but haven't found a solution I was happy with yet. I will try to do so in my future videos.
