I am very interested in the details of your bound neckline, thank you for sharing. I will look into it more and hope to find a tutorial. All your projects are beautiful. Also really enjoyed learning about the joggers with the extra knee pad.

oh nice! I do find that to be a good finish for tshirts. I'll be sure to show it again on any future makes with that detail.

You are so very clever at all the things you do! Your knitting is absolutely stunning. I have tried fair aisle many times & have struggled so much & realise now it is just not for me 😢. I have been crocheting lately & love it. I didn’t realise that you had a second daughter as the last time I got notified of your channel was when you had just given birth to Eloise 😮. Both your daughters are gorgeous & are so lucky to have such a talented mum. Cheers from Western Australia 😍👏😊❤️🥰💕🤗

Oh thank you! I did take quite a long break after my second daughter was born and we've done a lot of moving around so my content has not been consistent. Happy you found my channel again :)

New subscriber here. Jana from Finnish Knitting Stories gave you a shout out. You may see an upward tick in new subscribers. Your new sweater pattern is beautiful. I especially like the blue color combination. 😀

thanks so much for sharing your precious chickens with us - they are so lovely. as is their mama and their handmade wardrobes! honestly, i want to sew so badly, but that's the problem - i sew so badly! sure wish i had paid more attention when my mother was trying to teach me. she also made most of our wardrobe when we were children - i have a vivid memory of the chicken pox dresses she made for me and my sisters when we all came down with the pox together - red dots on a while background. so cute. envious of you maria, for living in sweden...honestly, this country of ours is in such turmoil, it would be nice to be away from the fray. but we persevere...thanks for such a wonderful video - happy fall! libby x

A chicken pox dress!! Ha that is funny. Sewing takes a bit of patience and just like anything new, a lot of practice! I am self taught and made a lot of ugly things in the beginning when I got my first sewing machine for my 21st birthday 12 years ago but it is so rewarding and there are so many great patterns out there that it is worth it to give it another go :) Happy fall!

Hi. Where can I purchase the pattern for the child's sweater. The ones you knitted are so beautiful. After visiting Ravelry, I found and purchased the pattern. Can't wait to cast one on.

Katja

Hi Katja, Thanks for the suggestion. I think it is unlikely that I will venture into this kind of research with yarn qualities. I do always share my opinions on the yarns I'm working with but I don't plan to go out of the way to knit with local yarns unless they are inherently appealing to me and something I'm interested in using. I think you will find some other Scandinavian based podcasters who perhaps already do this...

We thought we would give it a try but it turns out it is not the easiest place to live when you have a young family. Sweden is much more family oriented in my experience.. It was a tough call to make but in the end we decided Sweden is a better fit for us right now

Love you videos, thank you! do you have a cover stitch machine and an overlocker? or do you swap the needles out? My overlocker does both but I never put it to cover stitch
@StitchedinSweden
@StitchedinSweden Жыл бұрын
Hi! I have one of each. I just them both so regularly that for me it wouldn't be practical to have to convert them each time I needed to use the other one. Even within the same project I need to switch back and forth between machines sometimes :) I'll try and mention the machines I have on my next episode as I have upgraded since I talked about the a few years ago.
