Thank you for this! I was so excited to try this that I ordered the pattern. It arrived yesterday. Now I'm just waiting for my fabric to arrive, and I'm cutting out my paper pieces. I have been looking for awhile for a good paper piecing pattern that I can take with me and do when I'm not at home. I can't wait!!

This was a lovely tutorial. I passed up the kit because I’d never done EPP and didn’t think I would be capable of doing it. But after seeing this video, I think I’m going to try starting with something smaller and maybe work up to the hummingbirds. Joann, you are so inspiring! Thank you!

Thank you, Lisa and Joanne. Lisa, your idea to offer a video tutorial demonstrating how to create Tennessee Hummingbird's quilt border is excellent. I need to see exactly what Joanne did to understand her process. Just a quick verbal summary confused me.

I understand that this kit isn't a available anymore. Is there a pattern somewhere at your website that will tell me how much fabric I need to make this quilt? What templates are used? I really want to make this quilt!

It’s available from Paper pieces in Paducah Ky. I just looked myself. Complete papers and pattern, or papers or templates.

I am so inspired. I loved this quilt the first time I saw it. I thought Lisa said you could just buy the pattern. I thought that would be from PG. I couldn't find it on Primitive Gatherings website. Found it at Mountain Creek Quilters website. It sure would be nice to buy the actual pattern tips that Joanne wrote though. Can someone at Primitive Gatherings give us a link so we can buy in your store whether it has Joanne's notes or not? I'd rather support your store. Thanks.

Will Joanne be doing another EPP quilt this year? I would definitely sign up. I’ve been trying to find her other pattern Interconnected also with no luck. Could these be made for purchase? There isn’t much on the website for EPP. Thanks!

When do you remove the papers? Can the papers be reused? How long did it take Joanne to make the quilt?
