I am 56 and i started hifu treatments around 5 years ago, mostly lower face and neck. I have had incredible results, and i think that the versatility of ultherapy is much greater than thermage. Insulated vs non insulated needles, energy and depth settings, etc... What is most important in ultherapy is knowledge of the facial skin anatomy. I have used hifu from the eyelids to the breasts and stomach with no unwanted fat loss, fat lost where i want it and just texture smoothing in some areas. I think it is a much better option than to much filler.

I find these videos very inspiring. When I see the skin care, exercise and clean eating that contributes to Dr S’s beauty, health and vitality, I want to go take my vitamins, do stretching, drink my Amazing Grass and care for myself! I’m 73, recently divorced, feeling abandoned and alone. I know the answer is to love myself, and these videos are the catalyst! I’m going to pull through this! Yes, I have an appointment with a dermatologist in my area. Next month I’ll have skin tightening, followed by fraxel laser, and probably Radiess in the neck. I’m also having Moxy on hands and arms, followed by Radiess in backs of hands. Then I’ll need to get a job after 9 years of retirement. Then, I intend to start dating. I never intended to live out my life alone. I will have a new life filled with love and beauty. I’ll never underestimate the value of the inspirational importance of these enlightening, educational and uplifting videos. They’ve really helped me!

I think a lot of people are just jealous because for most of us these treatments are impossible to afford Nevermind multiple treatments all year every year. I know I am. You say it’s your career but again- the vast majority of us could never afford med school in the first place. I think you look great - nevermind the haters. If I had the finances or the resources to try all of these things- I absolutely would. What I can’t figure out is why you’re wearing a toque in New Port Beach , lmao. Seems a bit strange especially when you comment right after what a beautiful day it is 😂. Although I could only ever dream of yearly Fraxels and Thermage every five years, along with the Deoxycholic Acid injections, Sculptra and Emsculpt- I still enjoy the content! I’m stuck with a modest amount of Botox and sadly Hyaluronic acid injections because that is all my budget can afford. I keep up the home workouts while coveting your fancy spin classes and personal trainer but there is still take away for those of us busting our asses to put food in the table. If you have the means and drive to finish medical school and open your own practice - there is no shame in reaping its rewards 100%. It’s about doing everything that you can. The rest of us could learn from your positive attitude. People- stop spreading hate. Just maximize on what you can do!

I’m 73 & get compliments on my skin. Of course use facial products too b/c it takes a variety of skin care to achieve results. I need some jowl improvement & thinking of getting Sculptra for that. As far as at home devices go I love my red and near infrared panel. I've seen a big change in the amount of collagen in my face. My skin looks softer and plumper. My dynamic wrinkles have diminished. On the other hand I used an EMS device on my face and got popped blood vessels on my cheeks! I'll be having a pulsed dye laser remove them and needless to say I'll never use an EMS device again.

Great video Steph, now relax and enjoy your holiday! 😊. As someone that has had many treatments, my experience with Ultherapy on my thin, long neck was always positive. I noticed the thickening, taking on average, 3 months for collagen formation and lasting 2 years or more so for me, it was awesome. I didn't have the same results on the face. I agree radiesse in mid-face, I'm not too crazy about, but I love it on lower face, if you need volume for thinning around the lower mandible, works great for supporting that area. I've never had thermage, but did ha e fractional around the eyes. Eyes were swollen for 2 days and I feel like the fine lines are more noticeable after 2 weeks. It seems like the laser dried the skin around my eyes but did give some tightening effects. I hope these fine lines disappear eventually.thanks for your excellent knowledge on these services.❤

I saw a PA at a medi spa who has done great work for my skin over the years and asked her about my saggy double chin. I am 34 but was born with it! She said there is too little fat there for kybella and they don't use it in their office anymore due to lackluster results. She recommended a Halo laser to induce collagen in that area. I hope I get a good result because she is a very well established PA here. Just worried it won’t do anything based on your recommendations and experience.

probably won't do much for your concern but Halo will treat other areas. Watch her videos. You are also taking advice from a medspa and not a doctor who studied skin. Go to a dermatologist and listen to Stefani's videos.

Thank you so much for taking the time to educate us and your husband trying to be so patient. He fell asleep in the last video lol yeah I see what you mean about Ella “you may have that pattern on your lower face. I feel like I haven’t gotten any thing done. I’ve only had a pico sure laser once and some Restylane and some scarring but that was more than eight years ago and one time of Botox like six years ago and I hated it so much because it made me feel frozen and I think that he did it too close to my eyes I don’t know why he would do it to my eyes but now, if I do raise my brows up, there could be some spots where I could get it but I’m too scared because of my experience last time now the laser in treatments is what I really want to do but it is kind of hard to do that on your face when you have to work and take ur kids to and from school ahhhhh. Im also a single mom so it’s just me and I remember not wanting to do anything bc I’d scare my daughter but now she’s 7 so she would be fine , almsot 8 actually . And she won’t be grabbing at my face n stuff lol :) I want to do something . I wanted something for my 40th but I just don’t know what. Im 41 now and I kinda wanna do something with my neck and chest for sure . Im also kinda large cheered naturally , light skin and freckles from the sun although for the past 7 years I’ve faithfully work sunscreen but live in so cal and it’s almost near impossible I think I need to get an extra container for my car. I think I even need one of those window things for the side because the sun is just too much when I’m in traffic.
