I would recommend that you look more deeply into the beliefs of Nestorius from his own writings, father, as I don’t think you represented him fairly likely because you are reading only his opponents who famously straw manned his position

So Nestorian believed in two separate nature of Christ with only the human nature when he was making Mary not the mother of God.?

Nestorius believed that the person of Christ was fully human and fully divine. The difference between us and him is that he felt we could say “this is the operation of the man Jesus” and “this is the operation of the Logos” the way he explained things made some people think he was positing two persons when for him the one person was Christ, the Union of the man Jesus and the Logos
