It's a custom conversion of the pcars caper I did as a personal project. I did it to learn the basics of assembling a car for AC. So it's got custom physics, sounds, and I converted the model with all LODs. So you won't see this version out in the wild anywhere. However the same model was converted by someone a while ago and it's been floating around the web. But it won't have these sounds, physics, and doesn't include LODs to my knowledge.

Will you teach us how to creat main textures (asphalt, grass etc)?

At some point yes. For now I'm concentrating on the core modeling and basic UV mapping on existing textures I have.
