What tyres are you running Des?
@Adrenalfix2 жыл бұрын
@@jamiewoods8894 hankook dynapro at2s, I didn’t choose them, they were on the rims when I bought them. They don’t seem too bad though, fairly capable for the trails I’m focused on, not too aggressive and not to loud on sealed roads. Made a big dent in my fuel consumption though, so they may be fairly heavy. I also have radically reduced my acceleration from a standing start as well.

That subaru forester has a back recovery point just like in the front its a small square plastic piece you can take off and put in tow hook that comes with every subaru. Just for future reference lol
@AustralianRuralAdventures2 жыл бұрын
Awesome thanks mate
@joem11022 жыл бұрын
Yup easy car to tow. Recovery points and the screw in loop. As a one time tow driver love not having to crawl under the car to hook it up. But that's not why I got a Forester. Got it cause of all the unpaved poorly maintained mountain roads here in Oregon.
@anthonyrussell8772 Жыл бұрын
No. They are NOT recovery points. They are used to lock down car during transport and can't handle weight of recovery...

When guiding don't use right hand down/ left hand down....too much room for error. Use driver side or passenger side. No one buggers that up. Our club changed it pronto after someone ended up on their roof. Or stand in view and point.....

If You have used it all your life, and are referring to the driver, it always works. We only are born with one right hand and one left hand, if you mix that up, you are sure as hell going to mix up your braking foot and your throttle foot.
