1. Promoter holding -low 2. Roce,roe - low. 3. Pe- 700s (wow.... I won't be surprised if the stock price crashes 10% if it had a weak quarter). This stock is in gaming business and if VR,AR is thing in next 10-15 years or so.. then I'm interested in keeping this in my radar. But this needs to correct/increase it's earnings before we can take a position in this stock.. until then it's a risky bet especially during this volatile time.

Nice introduction as always. Some how I am convinced to buy this for next generation as the PE ratio is dam high compared to the global peers. Nazara is not a monopoly in the market, there are somany other gaming companies. Not sure why, these days your videos looks more commercial. Earlier it used to give valuable content with transparent view of yours. If you continue the old type of analysis I am sure your subscription base will go with rapid speed.

Parents were not having more than 1 kid becoz it was too expensive for them, becoz of which China was suffering from lack of manpower and ageing population ( similar to Japan if they dont correct it now), and a huge chunk of parents money was going to online education and tutions for their kids so to encourage parents to produce atleast 2 kids if not 3 china decided to cut down on the expenses of the parents! Cant India face this same issue in the future? Now also the educated millienals dont want to have kids or max 1 becoz of managing the expenses and not enough savings! Metropolitan cities of India already have this popping up! So relating it to India is not completely illogical 🙏🏻

Mera funda hai sare ipo wale stock me 20k karke lagane ka ipo launch k 30 days baad and max 6 months tak wait karna. Jis scrip ne first 2 month me 20k ko 40k banaya usme firse 20k invest karne ka and subsequent breakout pe 20k karke invest karte jane ka. . Aur ye 20k ayega us stocks se jo 20k se niche ya 1-5% k bich return diya last 2 months me. Aise karke maine Happiest mind, Easemytrip, BBQ Nation etc se many fold profit kiya hai. Rachana Ji.Your presentation skills are simply Superb.I have done my research on Nazara and other upcoming gaming companies and I find that there is no moat in this business.There is no entry barrier also.There are many gaming companies and the customer can download ,subscribe and play games developed by any gaming company in the World.Also the promoters have a very less holding in this company.Also there is regulatory hassles for games that involves money.The stock price currently looks very very expensive.Operators have started their game and boosted the stock price abnormally.Its good to see that SEBI takes note of such pumping of stock prices and initiates action.

Nazara is high growth bussiness...Its Revenue can grow at 40%CAGR & Ebitda at 50-60%CAGR... Estimated EPS for FY22(6months forward) is 13 so at 2200 it is trading at 170FY22 PE (without including earnings from friends of nazara)... Promotor holding is 20% but more that 50% holding is locked with FII DII & PE investors so Free float is just 25-30%...Low promotor holding is obvious as they were raising money and burning cash to build sustainable bussiness and Recently they returned out to be Profitable....By any chance if Nazara is available at 1500 then it is extremely good bet or else one can Accumulate in Sip mode for the Decade

Example IRCTC. To decide about a company's business, we must consider non listed companies also. Because any time the competitors may get listed. So we may claim Nazara as only listed company.
