Stock-Lok is a featureless compliance component to help users in restrictive states like California, New York and New Jersey avoid "Assault Weapon" registration by going featureless.
Stock-Lok is a patent pending featureless compliance component that converts telescoping stocks to fixed stocks with no required milling, drilling or damage to the stock or buffer tube.
Stock-Lok is the only featureless option that allows use of all the adjustment points of your stock/buffer tube while still complying with the laws in restrictive states like California. Stock-Lok does this due to the use of an external tool (included hex wrench) and complete disassembly of the stock. Adjustment process takes approximately 30 seconds.
If you are in a state that requires a more "permanent" fixed stock, you can use epoxy to secure the Stock-Lok into one adjustment slot in the buffer tube or you can fill the open top of the socket head screw with epoxy after installation, thereby not allowing the hex wrench to be used for adjustment.

Good walkthrough on how to remove the adjustment pin (I have the 'restricted state' model so it doesn't have the spring). Bad news is I managed to strip the set screw so I'm screwed (pun not intended). Guess my 1/16ths hex wasn't 1/16ths... I'd use this in its intended configuration but I lost the original roll pin and I'm waiting on MFTs response to the size of the roll pin.

Is there away to turn a compliant MFT Minimalist stock, back to a normal adjustable stock. My local gunshop has one for $10, we aren't a complaint state. If I can make it normal again for $10 worth it.

Steven Curcio If the stock is converted to “fixed” with an authentic Range Roll Innovations Stock-Lok, and you hang on to the original spring, plunger, lever adjustment parts, then yes, you can easily convert it back to its original, adjustable configuration. If the stock has been modified in another way besides using our specially designed Stock-Lok, then we couldn’t answer that as we wouldn’t know.

Does the adjustment lever rattle after spring removal or is it held stationary?

Boiling-Liquid Expanding-Vapor Explosion There shouldn’t be any rattle. We’ve found the adjustment lever in the MFT is pretty stiff and doesn’t really move by itself or rattle. If you did have any issues, just let us know and we’ll work through a remedy and take care of you!
